The Energy Assistance Program (EAP) provides free one-on-one support with your energy bills.
We can help you:
- Understand your energy bill
- Check you aren’t missing out on your energy concessions
- Access extra financial support and get help with energy debt
- Find a more affordable energy deal
- Understand the best ways to save energy at home to reduce your bills
- Speak to your energy retailer and access hardship support
See below for a list of Community Information and Support (CIS) agencies delivering EAP. Contact them directly to access support or contact us at (03) 9672 2000 or energysupport@cisvic.org.au.
If there isn’t a CIS agency near you, contact Anglicare’s EAP program on 1800 531 741 (between 8 am and 7 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) for phone support.
